Pamela Kwiatkowski is Executive Director Sales & Marketing and a founding partner of Crosswalk Insurance Solutions Inc. For almost 15 years Pamela has worked in the Life & Health Industry strongly focused on Travel Health Insurance, Individual Health, Disability and Expatriate Insurance. Her expertise in channel distribution, sales management ,product development and marketing helped create awareness of the need for personal health insurance products throughout Western Canada. She frequently conducts seminars with Affinity Groups, Financial Institutions, Industry Associations and has exhaustive experience with all types of media. Pamela's commitment to building solid relationships with her distribution partners and delivering quality service and consumer friendly products to their customers is her passion. Colin is a creative and marketing professional with over 14 years experience. Colin was the Creative Director of advertising for Vancouver's two major daily newspapers, The Vancouver Sun and The Province. Colin created and pioneered the Electronic Ad department as well as developed new methods for increasing sales. In the role of Creative Director, Colin has designed and produced many special advertising sections and features, campaigns and promotions with clients such as Future Shop, BC Hydro, The PNE and many more. Colin assited in the creation of Prestige Magazine which Colin named to appeal to the up-market demographic. Colin specializes in branding and creating visual images as well as coming up with visionary strategies. He has worked closely with printers and publishers as well as advertisers and corporations. Most recently, Colin successfully branded a small Canadian technology company, as a major player in the global marketplace. Colin's marketing initiatives allowed the company to grow from $0 revenue to $6 million in sales in less than a year.
